Degree in Law at the LUISS Guido Carli of Rome with 110/110 cum laude vote and thesis on the sale and securitization of pecuniary credits. Lawyer registered in the Council of the Order of Rome. After 9 years of activity at the Grieco e Associati law firm, he directly assumes and directly manages his own professional activity. Partner of the Firm, he mainly deals with consultancy to companies also for contracts, taking care of both legal and tax aspects (company start-ups in Italy and abroad, implementation of ordinary and extraordinary operations, management of the pathological phase of the company relationship up to recourse to judicial protection, management of commercial relationships with suppliers and customers, drafting of contracts and commercial transactions of various kinds). He deals with litigation, including arbitration, mainly in banking and bankruptcy matters. Assists Italian and foreign clients also in debt recovery operations in Italy and abroad, after having previously examined and shared the convenience and effectiveness of the actions. He carries out judicial and extrajudicial consultancy in the gaming sector, also on behalf of state concessionaires.
